What are the school’s hours?
We are currently open from 9:30AM to 8PM Tuesday through Friday, though our classroom hours vary based on the program.

Why cosmetology?
Hair always need to be taken care of whether it is to cut, style, color or perm. Cosmetology has been ranked as one of the best careers to provide individuals with a recession-proof income and flexible work schedules. A licensed cosmetologist can work anywhere, in a shop or at home, and is well versed in all facets of the beauty industry, including esthetics and nail tech.

How long is the cosmetology program?
Our cosmetology program is 1500 hours. It’s important that you receive the best preparation possible to provide the valuable skills needed for developing your talents. Our qualified, licensed instructors bring an exceptional approach to your training needs.

How long is the nail technician program?
Our nail technician program is 300 hours and typically lasts anywhere from three to four months depending on your schedule.

How long is the esthetics program?
Our esthetics course is 450 hours and typically takes anywhere from four to six months to complete.

How long is the instructor training program?
Our instructor training program is 750 hours and can be completed in 8-10 months. This program requires a cosmetology, nail technician, or esthetician license prior to enrollment.

What is the cost of each program?
We are happy to speak with you over the phone or in person to give you more in-depth information about our courses, including the cost of each program.

How can I get started?
Fill out an application and someone will be in touch within the week via email and phone call.

Is FEDERAL financial aid offered here?
Although we do not currently offer federal financial aid, we do allow our students to make monthly payments toward your tuition.

What are your admissions requirements?
In order to enroll, prospective students must bring their state ID, social security card, and proof that they have completed the 10th grade (transcripts, high school diploma, GED, ect.)

We will also accept passports and Tax ID documentation.

Does International School of Beauty help me to get a job when I graduate?
While placement is never guaranteed, we will work extensively with you to help you find a position that will suit your needs. Check out our resources page for more information.
